Hello Jerry;

My name is Peter. I am a retired field service appliance technician.

You did not provide a model number so I can only advise in general terms.

If your hose has blown, then your pump is working. I suspect your drain hose is plugged up with soap film, broken glass .....

Clean your drain. Use gloves. You may have broken glass in the drain. If you have a filter clean that. Remove your drain hose and flush it.

If you have a dish washer that requires a special detergent, and you are using a less expensive brand, you are looking for trouble.

After you have completed the above, purchase a dishwasher cleaner and run that.

the most common problem is the drain pump has a blockage. use a wet dry shop vac and attach it to the end of the drain hose to remove the water once this is done the remove the hose that attach to the drain pump and look for any kind of restriction in the hoses or the pump itself

F02 problem. Took drain hose and cleaned that out but it didnt help. Is there another spot to clean out?

if the pressure switch detects either water or suds, it commands the drain pump to continue. After 8 or so minutes, if it's still detecting water or suds, the F02 error is displayed.

try the following :
1. Check Wire Harness connections -
2. Check Drain pump. , as water drains at a rapid rate
3. Check Drain pump motor - , as water drains at a rapid rate
4. Check that the Drain hose and Drain Pump Filter is clear of
foreign objects. – , run a cable through both hose assemblies (exterior and interior) and to check if blocked.
5. Check the CCU –.
6. check for kinks in the hoses, and the height of the pump if beyond what the manual recommends.

if okay then check the Pressure Switch if stuck then run many Rinse and Normal cycles with no detergent and if you still get this F02 error. checked the state of the Pressure Switch’s Empty and Level 1 contacts which intermittently reported correct water level condition (EMPTY and Level 1). In all cases is contacts 11 and 14 (SUDS) continuously made (connected) irrespective of water level, rinse conditions and the use of no detergent.

Iremove the pressure switch and test it by blowing into the inlet and check to hear the switch click, test the switch
blew into the pressure switch hose to clear the blockage,

I noticed water on the floor in front of the freezer> I opened the door and water was everywhere. Any ideas?

the drain hose from your auto defrost freezer is clogged with something. i had same problem. took the cover off the light switch and found hose. i blew and blew because it was clogged so bad. finally a little chunk of meat went flying into drain pan, now, no water leak inside or out. also the pan should always be dry due to fan evaporating water so no need to empty
