What is the best way to clean my birds toys?

Cleaning methods vary depending on toy material. There is one particular product that every bird owner should have, to help with cleaning both the cage and toys - that product is called ****-Off. Spray this product on your bird's toys and it will help to dissolve dried seed and waste.

Can I use any household items as toys for my birds?

If you are looking for something around the house to use as a toy for your bird, my number one recommendation would be an empty paper towel roll. Birds can get a lot of enjoyment from this and the best part is that they are free. My friend also likes to give her birds plastic baby toys.

How many toys should I put inside my birds cage?

Birds love to play, so having a variety of toys is very important. I recommend having a minimum of 10 toys; this way your bird will have enough of a variety that it will be less likely to get bored. Birds are a lot like kids, they get bored very easily and require a lot of stimulation. For this purpose, you should invest in many toys.
