My receiver started making popping sounds and cutting out for seconds at a time. Checked all connections can't figure what's wrong.

It sounds to me like you have a problem with one of the amplifiers and the speaker protection is activating. If you are playing at a low volume setting and this is happening, the likelyhood is that one of your bias levels is out of tolerance. If you don't know what you are doing, get someone who does to check the DC voltage on your speaker outputs without the speakers connected. The bias control should be set to 0 volts on the speaker outputs.

I have a 93 integra 1.8. I was driving and it went from 30 to 0 in less than 30 seconds now wont start. there is no fire what could it be help me please I am female and need advice thank you integra...

The first thing I would check is to see if the timing belt is broken. You can do this by removing the distributor cap, cranking the engine, and seeing if the rotor turns. If it does not turn than the belt is likely broken. Usually the engine will sound like it is turning over faster than usually.

If the rotor is turning and you have no spark the usual suspect is the igniter. It is located in the distributor and has four wires going to it. Two of them will go to the coil. Make sure there is power to the igniter and the coil. If there is power than I wouldn't have any problem replacing the igniter. They are a pretty common issue for no spark symptoms.

Sound problem

Make sure all speakers that are hooked up sound ok. If any of them sound lower then the others or sound distorted you may have a speaker with a partially shorted voice coil. If speaker or speakers pop when power is first applied you may have a grounded speaker that should not be grounded. Each speaker wire rides on 6vdc and if any speaker sees a ground you will have 6v across voice coil which would explain any popping noise when first turned on and radio may play for awhile then overheat. be sure speakers are 4 ohm min per ch otherwise amp will run to hot. Popping noise

Does the " popping" noise come through the speakers or from the TV chassis ? If it is coming through the speakers you could have a bad solder joint somewhere in the tuning circuit. If it is a snapping sound coming from the chassis, then you probably have something arcing in the high voltage circiut. If this is the case then you should have it checked out since this can cause other parts to short shutting down you set completely.
