After power outage front display blinking "16".

I had a similar issue where after a power outage, the player would not power up.
I removed it from power and took the cover off looking for a fuse. Could not find anything so I put the cover back on and plugged it in and it worked. My theory is the electronics needed time to fully discharge in the circuits. I would leave it unplugged for about 24 hours. I left mine unplugged for several days. I hope this helps.

Mitsubishi 73"DLP wd-73638 won't turn on after power outage or getting unplugged

In most cases, this can be due to curropted software [firmware]. Contact the authoriized service center for Mitsubishi. Please do not try to update the software by yourself. It is a very skilled work to this set. Gopakumar Gopalan Google

Connection problems

From what you have told us, it appears that the routers motherboard or chipsets have taken some damage due to the power outages, I'm assuming most of the damage would of occurred during the restore of power to the device, unfortunately you have also done all the obvious and clear paths to troubleshooting the problem without actually inspecting the devices main board.
The inevitable purchase of a new router looks likely and i would suggest purchasing a surge protector along with the router to protect the new asset from suffering the same fate. If this is going to be too expensive for you at once, i would also recommend unplugging the device completely from it's power outlet during the next power outage and then you can plug the device back in once power is restored to your premise.

My Onkyo TX-SR606 won't turn on

The reference to Zone 2 means that your Onkyo receiver is set to be remotely controlled from another location. Normally, this arrangement would be initiated at the time of set up but could be done later. You may have to repeat the initial set up routine to get things back to normal

My tv clicks to come on but no sound no picture

If there was a power outage the problem is likely in the power supply.

The power light on the front comes on or not?

If no power light unplug the set and follow power cord inside and check the fuses---the click is a power relay activating---set may have up to 3 black relays on the power board.

Let me know your skill level and I will be happy to help.

Just had a power outage and now my TV will not come back on. Just flashes 3 consecutive flashes then a pause and then 3 more flashes. Tried unplugging and letting it sit, tried power button on remote and...

I hate to tell you that this happened to me last week and mine is 18 months old. after calling toshiba and going through all troubleshooting, nothing worked. they referred me to a service center near me and the repair is $466!!!!! I have lots of power outages so they can seriously damage a tv (the motherboard to be specific). Mine is the 42 inch 535U. get a surge protector for your cable and ask your electric company to install a power shield on the meter or a surge arrester.. good luck.

Blinking yellow light ,no picture or sound.

You have done all you can do. If you had a power outage, when the power came back on a it surged and probably caused a Power Supply problem or something in the micro controller to fail. Either way it 's not good. I would call Toshiba and let them guide you to a Service Facility that can check it out. Depending on your Homeowners Insurance, repairs could be coverd or unit be replaced depending on cost to repair.

Fridge stops working when power goes out.

Good possibility that the electrical contacts have failed (burned/welded) in either the defrost timer (part# 68233-3) or the Cold Control (part# 61002085. An intermittent failure is extremely difficult to track down. Both of the parts I listed total about $80. You can purchase them and install them for less $$ than having a professional do it for you. We would obviously charge more because we would absorb the cost of warranty, labor, drive time, etc... If you choose to replace these components, UNPLUG THE FRIDGE BEFORE HAND!
