Google Photos is available as a free app for iOS and Android. If you own a Nexus device with the latest version of Android or a device running a stock version of Android, you may already have it installed.
Once downloaded, it’s a matter of letting it auto upload all of your photos and videos into the cloud. If you have tens of thousands of photos and videos like me, it may take quite a bit of time to get your files.

Are we talking about digital photos on a PC or Macintosh, or about your photo albums?

You can Auto Upload photos from your Mac or Windows computer by downloading the Google Photos Application: https://photos.google.com/apps.
During the install process it will ask you where your photos are located. Once installed it will begin the upload process, when the computer is on of course. It took a few days for my 1500 photos to make it all the way to Google Photos.

You have unlimited storage if you choose High Quality and not Original photo size. This link explains this further,
https://support.google.com/photos/answer/6220791?hl=en. I chose High Quality and it works great for me.

If you need to digitize (convert photos to files stored on your computer) your photo albums, you can use a flat bed scanner. To save time I placed up to four or six photos on the scanner bed. Once in my Google Photos I can slice and dice them any way I want.

I accidentaly press auto back up on my cell and now when I open my gmail on my computer all pictures appears there. how can i delete them. please help

On your phone in Settings>Accounts-Google>[your Google account], make sure you unchecked either Picasa, Google Photos, or Gallery (which are all possible sync options for the stock Gallery app). Google Photos is actually different from Google+ Photos, if you see both in that list. Google+ Photos syncs with the Photos app.
Once you've confirmed that you've unchecked the correct option, then go to the App Manager, select Gallery, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then force stop. Now open Gallery again. The database should repopulate with your local photos, but not the cloud photos.

I can't open the pictures on my google plus photos

Ok. Go to your google plus autobackup photos. Find a photo that you would like to save or send in an email put on facebook, etc. Once you do, click "More" which has a down arrow next to it. Then navigate to "Download Photo" > "Original" This will download and save the photo on your computer. Then you will need to get to your downloads folder where you will find the picture saved. Now you can select it to attach to emails post on facebook etc. Hope that helps.

Deleted Photos

Check your Google Photos, there is a bin folder which contains your deleted photos for up to 60 days. Also, when deleting photos watch for a prompt asking whether to delete the photos only from Google or from your mobile as well

I don't know how to take photos on my nexus 7

The Nexus 7 does not come with a built in camera app. I guess Google figures since there is only a front-facing camera that folks won't be taking too many photos.
I recently came across an app on Google play that will allow you to launch the camera to easily take photos. You can find the Camera Launcher App for Nexus 7 on Google Play.
