Question about Refrigerators
The most common cause for this problem is setting the freezer temperature to low. If digital, set to5 degrees, if rotating thermostat, set mid scale (example 0 to 7, set to 5)
Setting temperature to low causes the dispensing flap to frost up to not close properly after dispensing. If it does not close even more frost forms and ice starts slumping together causing ice to jam.
