Why I cant log on my account instead the phone kept on searching the hole time

It is maybe because of your internet connection. Try rebooting your router if you are using a WiFi. Turn it on again and connect your phone. Also, you can check your internet connection's speed at speedtest. Just search it in google :)

What do i do find Wi-Fi password if for got it

You would have to log into your router. If you can't connect with WiFi you would have to connect with wire. Then log into router and click on WiFi setings

If you dont know how to log into your router then you should just reset the router, look for a reset button on the back,, its a small button and may need a small pin or a pen to hit it.. hold it down for 30sec to reset it back to default.

Log in with...
User name... admin
Password... admin. Or. password. If admin or password don't work just keep it blank

Wont connect to internet or phone blue light is on ,MJplus

Replace the network cable between the MJ+ and the router. Replace the cable from the MJ+ to the phone. If it still doesn't work, try a different phone. If that doesn't help, unplug the MJ+ from the router and phone, then use the USB to connect it to your computer and make sure the firmware on the device is fully up-to-date. Reset the router (just for giggles, to make SURE) THEN reconnect the MJ+ to the router the power supply, and the phone, and try to use it again. I hope this helps to solve your problem. I have one and it works great and has for over a year without issue.

I have a 655 router.. running windows7 on one computer on Home Network.. Router initially working OK..computer connected via cat5 wire. Disconnected router, moved to new location on desk...reconnected...

You can reset both the modem and the router by removing the power cord where it connects into the router (Called Recycling the Power) I would do it with both the modem and the router for about a full 2 minutes.
Sounds more like you have a connectivity issue from interference from something on you desk. Some known culprits are:
High Intensity Lamps Fans Radio Interference coming from your wireless phone Power strip with filters for telephone signal any other environmental issues including computer monitor. Next door neighbor's router signal bleeding through. Filter device missing from phone Filter device missing from phone line connected to you TV
Try moving the router back to the old location. Does problem go away. You are now too close to something thats breaking your signal. I can log into my neighbors access point across the street and two houses away. Signals are strong but can be blocked by a lot of things mentioned above or tin foil.
Check it out,
TF

I keep getting a popup saking you're connected to more than one network, please close all but the primary network

Your issue is due to the you having to routers active and the PC is connecting to both.
You will have to disable one of the connection in the main router for this occurrence to stop.
check you PC 's wireless connection and disable connectivity also to the secondary router.
