I found this. It is a high temperature alarm

Thank you for your question. I can understand your concern. The information you have received is correct. I'm attaching the information from the owner's manual below. Now, if the unit has not been running very long, the buzzer will sound. However, if the buzzer continues after 3 times as described, then it can be checked and repaired by a technician under warranty or you have the option of exchanging it. I hope this will help you.

is the link to your manual.Typically in a dual temperature zone wine cooler whites are stored in the bottom and reds on top as whites are better a little colder and the cold air will drop to the bottom of the unit.

Beeping usually indicates that something has gone wrong. Probably not cooling properly. The water coming out would indicate that the unit has defrosted. Turn the unit back on again and see if the red side is cooling properly. Some wine fridges have independent evaporators which allows different cooling temps in different parts of the cabinet.

I have a igloo 48 bottle wine cooler, and it will show error code "LC" and then you can not adjust the digital temperature or turn the light on. It fridge still feels code? Any ideas would be great!

un plug from power source and check door switch and make sure the wire connections are clipped on securly
