Question about Furniture
I found this. It is a high temperature alarm
Thank you for your question. I can understand your concern. The information you have received is correct. I'm attaching the information from the owner's manual below. Now, if the unit has not been running very long, the buzzer will sound. However, if the buzzer continues after 3 times as described, then it can be checked and repaired by a technician under warranty or you have the option of exchanging it. I hope this will help you.

That thing that's beeping...it is the circuit board. It is telling you that it wants a new cousin to live in your house. Replace it.

is the link to your manual.Typically in a dual temperature zone wine cooler whites are stored in the bottom and reds on top as whites are better a little colder and the cold air will drop to the bottom of the unit.
Hope this helps!

Beeping usually indicates that something has gone wrong. Probably not cooling properly. The water coming out would indicate that the unit has defrosted. Turn the unit back on again and see if the red side is cooling properly. Some wine fridges have independent evaporators which allows different cooling temps in different parts of the cabinet.
