Got spots on my lower back

If you haven\'t had chicken pox as a child then adults certainly can contract it. The greater risk in adults is though is that the virus responsible for chicken pox can also cause shingles. This is a much more serious illness.

Measles is also possible to contract as an adult.

Did you have the MMR vaccine? If so, then it is unlikely that you have contracted either measles or chicken pox.

Symptoms of measles generally appear within 14 days of exposure to the virus. Symptoms include:

People with chickenpox have the following symptoms before the rash appears:

  • Fever

  • Headache

  • Stomach ache

The chickenpox rash occurs about 10 to 21 days after coming into contact with someone who had the disease. The average patient develops 250 to 500 small, itchy, fluid-filled blisters over red spots on the skin.

At what temperature does my 3 year old need to be seen

Usually it is 100.4 (rectally) but this is a very vague question and it depends on the symptoms as well. Did he have vaccinations recently? How long has it been going on? Has he been ill (runny nose, cough, sore throat, ear pain, etc.)? When in doubt it is just best to call the doctor's office and you can leave a message or speak to the MA or nurse to ask the doctor if you need to go in.

I have a 5month old puppy and her tummy is very runny

Loose stool in dogs is a super common problem. There is a short answer and a very, very long answer. The short answer is to try a bit of canned pumpkin in the food when you are noticing the problem. Use one tablespoon full in a small dog and two in a large dog in each meal. That is probably the best, most reliable remedy that is natural. Sometimes just feeding cottage cheese and rice or chicken and rice for a day or two will do the trick too. If those things do not help and the soft stool is continuing, it is probably best to seek the care of a vet.

Take both ends of the materialbehind the ears then tie into a bow. Make sure it does not hurt the dog in any way and that it appears toserve its' purpose.

What is rhino desease?

Hello. "Rhino" means nose. It is a shortened term for the "Rhinovirus" which causes the common colds. The rhinovirus is one of the viruses that causes the common cold. Cold symptoms associated with a rhinovirus infection include coughing, fever, sore throat, and a runny nose. There are no treatments that can kill a rhinovirus; treatment involves relieving symptoms as the body fights the rhinovirus infection. A lot is known about the rhinovirus, thanks to common cold research scientists, who are hard at work looking for an effective rhinovirus cure or rhinovirus vaccine.
The common cold is caused by a virus. More than 200 different viruses are known to cause the common cold. One such type of virus is the rhinovirus.

Rhinoviruses (from the Greek word rhin, meaning "nose") are the cause of the common cold in an estimated 30 to 35 percent of all adults. More than 110 distinct rhinovirus types have been identified. Rhinovirus belongs to the Picornaviridae family of viruses. A rhinovirus is a very small RNA virus.

Rhinovirus types are most active in early fall, spring, and summer. Rhinoviruses can live up to 3 hours on your skin. They also can survive up to 3 hours on objects such as telephones and doorknobs.
