basically it is a Japanese Model from where u bought it
u can get it free of charge replacement just tell me which region u belong there is a known issue of CCD failure u will get free of charge repairs for that from sony service centre in ur area and they will accept this info pls rate me FIXYA for this

The 9500 series unit, should still be within warranty.
HP offeers an additonal year for video problems.
That means if you purchased the 1 1/2 years ago, it is still in warranty.
Contact HP customer care and get it back. ASAP.

Remove batteries and disconnect power to reset. If that fails go to settings and restore factory defaults. Alba should have web site to help.
