Question about Konica Minolta bizhub C250 All-In-One Laser Printer
The problem started when the ISP chenged it's dns an smtp servers. Only one user can scan to e-mail ok. All others give the same error. A C250 in the same office is working fine.
Change your dns and smtp in the copier. Go to your browser and type the IP of your copier in the address bar. You'll find these settings in the Network section, the administrator password is '12345678'or '00000000'
Reset your Toners and Imaging units for Minolta Bizhub and CF series.
