I need to find where I made a purchse from teechip on an item that was broken and I have to return it. do I pay the shipping and how do I print a return label

sounds like the printer needs to regap itself. Turn the printer off, hold the feed button down and while holding the feed button, turn the printer back on. As soon as it flashes, let go. It will regap itself. When it stops moving, press the feed button once and there should be a priinted line that says 'out of dump'. The printer should be ready to go then.

Send the shipping label to the printer first in your software.

This isn't a printer issue. It only prints stuff in the order received.

If your not getting an error message I would suspect that the margins have somehow been set beyond the printable area. I don't know what the width on a "Military Shipping Label" is but I've had issues with Zebra label printers printing on the very edges of the labels.

SOURCE: prints labels too small

when you hit print, the window comes up and lists the printers available. If your printer is highlighted, click on preferences and click on the "effects" tab and there is a box with a percentage of size. Increase the percentage, if it is too small at 100%, try to bump it up to 125% etc.

I agree. It sounds like your printer is set to Rewind. Changing the mode to Tear-Off should solve the problem.

Depending where you shopped eBay, Amazon or other retailer return policy. The common policy in most cases is that if the item is defective the seller will cover the return shipping. but if you're returning for what ever personal reason then you pay the shipping.

How to return items to amazon


Log in to your Amazon account
Click on your Name/Accounts & Lists upper right
Choose My Orders, Track, Return, Buy things again
Find the item you wish to return and select it
Click button on the right on what you wish to do
Follow the Amazon instructions and print off the Return
Shipping Label and any other paper work that needs to be in the box with the item.
Seal the box and attach the shipping label.

I used PayPal but I want to return the item I still have to pay even if I no longer have the item why


Terms of the purchase agreement probably said, "no returns". If it had provisions for returns and you sent it within the time required, Paypal has a dispute system you should try to use. You may need to be able to prove you shipped by a certain time with shipping receipts and/or the store you purchased from for example Ebay.

If it is UNOPENED you can put refused and they will have to pay the return shipping. If you opened it, then it's considered a new parcel and you need to pay shipping. Even if you open the envelope attached to the front.

According to the Paypal process when you file a claim for an item that is significantly not as described, you must return the item at your cost in order for Paypal to issue a refund for the amount you paid, not the return shipping costs. You have 10 days to provide Paypal with a tracking number. Paypal doesn't allow you to post a reply. You send the item back or in 10 days the claim is closed.
Buyers are being forced to pay to received goods the seller didn't described accurately, and in some cases, honestly.
I think that is wrong.
When you can prove that an item is significantly not as described, then Paypal should refund your entire costs of the item including shipping both ways. Sellers can take advantage of Paypal's forcing buyers to pay for return shipping.
If a buyer doesn't like something or changes their mind, and wants to return it, then the return shipping should be paid by the buyer.

Need to return an item


Normally, before returning an item, you should contact the seller first and tell him/her that you are not satisfied with the item and you want a refund. Do not tell the seller that you want to return the item (not just yet). Just go ahead and file a dispute and then the seller will be requesting for the return of the item on dispute. Only then will you be talking about who should pay for the return shipping (which is usually included in the sellers return policy). Oftentimes, it's the buyer who pays for the return shipping.

Definitely sounds like it's defective, I'm sorry to inform. I've had my S2000HD for a few months, taken thousands of shots, and never encountered such a problem.

First, you need to check the return policy with the vendor whom you purchased from. If you are beyond their return/refund date, you'll need to then contact FujiFilm USA as they are the warranty holder. You will need your original receipt/invoice, and possibly a UPC from the box.

Things worth mention:
1. If having replaced by an online/shipping vendor, make sure they pay ALL shipping costs, as this was a defective product. You will need to speak to their tech support and obtain an RMA.

2. Avoid the manufacturer if you can, b/c more than likely you will need to pay to ship the item to them. They will pay to ship a replacement back, but it is likely you will receive a refurbished item.

Returning router


First, as a previous warranty tech that did a lot of work with HSN computer products, I do not give them very high grades for ease of use, or top notch products..... JMHO...

The website sure does not give you much:

Merchandise purchased from the HSN, ON-Air show or HSN.com cannot be returned at the HSN Outlet Stores. Here are the return instructions (note the telepone number): Just follow these return instructions:
  1. Re-pack the item in the original manufacturer’s packaging and shipping box. Please be sure to include all parts.
  2. Fill out the bottom portion of your packing slip and enclose it with your return. Please specify whether you would like merchandise credit (KA$H) or reimbursement to your original payment method.
  3. Use the pre-printed return label provided on the order summary and affix it OVER THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING LABEL. Please be sure to use the label from the packaging slip that corresponds to the item(s) you are returning to expedite processing.
