How to deal with error code E00012-001of canon irc5870

E012 occurs if the machine cannot read the patch when trying to calibrate color. The main causes are- 1) dirty patch sensors, located on the right side of the machine when you open the right door, just above the transfer belt-typically a off white colored plastic piece. you would have to slide to the rear and blow (3) holes out with canned air. 2) ripped belt- would have to be replaced. 3) fatigued developer causing patch to be read incorrectly. 4) faulty motor on Image transfer Unit.

Daytime running lights stay on constantly irregardless if key is on/off, engine running or not, light switch is on/off, have replaced dash sensor and relay but no luck....any suggestions appreciated.

if you don't care to have the daytime running lights on at all. look for a fuse that is in your owner manual for the daytime running lights and remove it and see if your lights turn off .... but every thing else works in your car .... there are many things that could cause this problem to happen like faulty daylight running lights module is bad or your parking brake switch is not work proper to with the daytime running light circuit one thing you can try when the emergency brake is pushed the daytime running lights always in all cars should turn off ... to be honest you need to get a wiring diagram from the chevy dealer and follow the diagram to find out which part is bad and cause this issue cause there are fuses and relay and modules that make this system work right ..... if you dont understand the wiring diagram you will have to take your car to a electrical person who fixes only electrical problems not a mechanic ..... if you find the fuse that turns off the daytime running lights and everything else works leave it cause you still will have headlights and parking lights and dash lights by turning on the light switch at night

1998 Lumina lights don't work at night! The lights work during the day but not at night. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Theres a sensor in the middle of the dash by the front windshield that detects sunlight and triggers the automatic headlights. The main headlights and daytime running lights might be on a different circuit, in which case they daytime running lamps would turn off at night and the main headlights would turn on, indicating the main headlights arent working and the daytime running lamps are working as intended.

I would check all the fuses related to headlights, check the bulbs and check the switch, then last the light sensor on the dash.

Whats the main with the daytime running lights

The daytime running lights are on for safety. The engine light needs to have the error code extracted from the computer and then investigate that indication. The error code is not necessarily the cause or issue, but rather a clue.

Which is the fuse for honda hrv main beam lights , mine have stopped working so i think its the fuse

To start with, there is no way that your problem could be CAUSED by a fuse. Fuses DO NOT cause electrical failures. Electrical failures cause blown fuses.

Please read the following articles:
Where's The Fuse?

What Else Could Be Wrong?

Then to answer the question you asked, I would need to know what YEAR your Honda HRV is and whether it is equipped with daytime running lamps. - OR - you could simply look in your owner's manual.

RV ROOF TOP AIR CONDITIONER TRIPS BREAKER

Possible low voltage condition would cause that kind of a problem. To small a cord without the ability to carry and maintain the voltage would cause a voltage drop. I would test the voltage supply and make sure it is within 10% of that required for your A/C to operate properly.
