Try restarting the Charge 3.
Plug your USB cable into a computer or listed USB charger. Plug the other end into the back of the tracker. Make certain the pins click into place.
Press and hold the button on the tracker fir 8 seconds, then release the button.
When you see the smiley face and it vibrates, the tracker restarts.
(Restarting does not delete any data.)
