1. No power to the washer
Make sure there's power getting to the washer. Check for a tripped circuit breaker or a blown fuse. Check the wall socket for power. Sometimes the power cord disconnects at the washer, if this is the case, the wiring must be repaired or replaced.
2. Lid switch
The washing machine may not function if the lid switch is defective. The switch is usually located near the door. Replace if found defective.
If all the above checks out OK, replace the touch pad.

Every component plays a part in the ignition system. Check the wiring as you go. Start at one end and move forward. You have done a lot of work so far. so you should be close. If the igniter is fine and the other components too. Then it would narrow it down to an electrical problem or no signal/pulse to the coil. See if the coil is receiving that pulse. you can use a test light for this test. Pos. will be power and NEG. will be the pulse. With light on the NEG. crank the engine over and see if it flashes. Let me know how its going.

Since the compressor is not hot to touch, I would bet that the relay /overload assemby on the compressor terminals are defective. This is a common problem on refrigerators that can be fixed with a few simple tools. I recommend a 3 in 1 start kit that is easy to retrofit. Start by removing cover off compressor. Read intructions on kit to hook up three wires to terminal s,r, and c. Next cut the black wire feeding power to compressor and hook to one line of kit. Cut white common wire and hook to other line of kit. Place the kit off to the side of compressor and reinstall the cover. Plug frig back up and compressor should run if installation is correct. Hope this helps
