You can try to reset the iPhone and connect to iTunes again. Or just utilize Leawo iTransfer to reach this aim. Follow below steps.
Step 1. Run Leawo iTransfer and connect iPhone 6s to computer with USB cable.
Step 2. Add music you like from computer to iPhone 6s.
Note:There are 5 ways to add files from computer:
A.Drag and drop the computer files directly into the window of the software;
B.Right-click music library and choose "Add File" or "Add Folder";
C.Click "File" on the upper right corner, and choose "Add > Add File/Add Folder";
D.Right-click music library and click "Add File";
E.Click "Add" button on the top left, then choose "Add File" or "Add Folder".
Step 3. After adding music to the software, it will automatically begin to transfer music from computer to iPhone without iTunes.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

Yes it can, connect your iphone to your computer, at this point as soon as your computer recognizes the iphone itunes should open up.. if it doesn't just open it up yourself. Now on he left where all the playlists are there should be an icon with you iphone there, click on it. Now to the right there should be a tab labeled "music", click on it now you can select wether all your music will transfer over or just certain playlist. There you go.

Your iPhone is not factory unlocked. This means if you purchased it from the USA you need a deactivated ATT SIM card to get it past the activation or use a program called QuickPWN to Jailbreak + Activate your iPhone

I also have the iphone! You have to open the itunes software then sync your phone once that is done. you will see your iphone listed on the left, double click it! look to the right and you will see tabs of all foldlers that are on the phone, (Music, ringtones, etc)
click on music.
then you can slect certain folders of music you want on your iphone then click sync again..
music should be uploaded at that point
