usually bad power supply, if the cooling fan isn't running either. These are horribly inefficient coolers that use a lot of power to accomplish little cooling. The power supplies are quite notorious to burn up.

If your supply is 12vdc output, you might be able to replace it with a supply from radio shack. dont use a battery charger though.

SOURCE: I have a Wine Enthusiast 18 bottle refrigerator Model 2720318. The unit is not getting any power. I have power to the wall plug and the unit is plugged in. Any suggestions on this problem ?

Well, in a word, yes.
Look underneath the refrigerator and see if you can see the compressor anywhere, it may be covered up and you may need to remove a cover to see it.
. If you cannot, you may stop reading here.
If you find it, you should also see a small electrical switching unit mounted on it.
This unit may be the size of your fist.
It should be made of two (2) pieces, one of which is a "Klix-on". The Klix-on is the starter relay for the compressor.
If you find this, take a small hammer and tap on it, whilst the fridge is plugged in and on.
If the compressor starts, you will need to replace the starter relay/Klix-on.
I paid about $ 35 for it at my local appliance parts store.
God bless your efforts.

Did you unplug for 10 seconds... then plug it back in?
Do you have any control over the front panel?
Can you verify after all of this, that the back cooling fan is working?
Their is a sensor in the back of the cabinet that monitors overheating of the thermoelectric unit... Unplugging it for a while and powering it back up is one way to verify this...
you can put a fan where the vents are in the back to speed this up...

Wine Enthusiast Silent Wine Refrigerator is making a loud buzzing/whirring noise.

Since this unit doesn't use a compressor, the only moving parts are the whisper fans inside of it that circulate the air. One of those fans may be going bad. If you are handy you can remove the back to see if all the fans are working but your best bet is to use the one year warranty and have a qualified techncian figure it out.

sounds like you have a compressor overheating is it enough air circulation where the unit is located and check to see that the condensing coil and motor are clean too.
