Question about Canon imageRUNNER 5570 Copier
This has me completely stumped - We have changed dc controller, fuser, fuser assembly tray, fuser plug in and HV pwoer supply. Nothing gets the error reset. While looking at the fuser temp. We notice the fuser never gets above 120.
If you reading it right on the screen an e 000100 is a laser failure it also happens on this model if you run it with the toner assy out of position
