Setting dpi on my nikon d3100

DPI (dots per inch) is an output specification and is irrelevant to the camera. The camera puts a value into the field simply because it has to put something there. The DPI is set by the printing program when it prints a picture. A picture printed at 4x6 will obviously have more dots per inch than the same picture printed at 8x10.

How to select mirror image or reverse image on printer to print t-shirt transfer

When you go to print, select your Lexmark 5200 Series printer, then click (Printing) Properties to open the Lexmark control panel.

Click the third tab on the left, marked Print Layout, then choose the Mirror radio button (see picture).

Click OK to apply the setting.

Note: if your printing program has a setting for t-shirt transfers, it may automatically reverse the image. Use only the setting in the program or in the printer- if you use both, the settings will cancel each other out.

How do you adjust the size [eg, make it larger] of a scanned print, for a final print, for a Umax Astra 1220U

Scanner will scan actual size only. If you need smaller or big sized print, select appropriate size and use 'fit' command before printing. With Raster Editing software, you can create another Image which is smaller or bigger.

Hello, the printer will not print out forms either from a adobe pdf file or from the internet; it leaves the page blank or just prints out the grids but no text. Please can you help?

Hi. Try turning off the image sharpening in the print settings.
For Windows, open the file and go to File > Print > Preferences/Properties in the Print window> Image Enhancement tab in the Lexmark 4500 Series Printing Preferences > choose None for Image Sharpening. Hit ok. Click Apply to save settings. Hit print to start printing. For Macintosh, open the file > go to File > Print > Print Settings > Advanced Settings > Image Sharpening > adjust setting to None. Try to print. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Images print too small

Try adjusting your printer settings in the pc undeer you printer icon. Look under properties to see if settings are incorrect for web pages. You can also adjust the settings from the website you are trying to print by clicking on print icon arrow (not just the icon) top right corner and adjust property settigns of your printer for printing.

Print Qualityfor DC12

I am not 100 percent what you are asking but I will answer the best I can with your question.
  1. Press the [Administration] button located above the numeric keypad on the Control Panel. The Administration button has a wrench symbol located above it. The Access screen will be displayed.
  2. Select [Tools] on the Touch Screen. The Tools Access Number screen will be displayed.
  3. Enter your numeric password using the keypad.

NOTE: If you do not know the password, contact your administrator. The initial password at machine install is 11111.

If the administrator encounters a problem with changing or forgetting the machine password, a service call must be placed:

  4. Select [Enter] on the Touch Screen. The Tools screen will be displayed.
  5. Select [System Image Quality]. The System Image Quality screen will be displayed.
  6. Select [Image Recognition]. The Image Recognition screen will be displayed.
  7. Select 'Screening Adjustment' by selecting the [Up] or [Down] arrow buttons.
  8. Select [Change Settings]. The Screening Adjustment screen will be displayed.
  9. Select [Apply to Copies Only] then select [Save]. The Screening Adjustment screen will be displayed.
  10. Select [Close]. The System Image Quality screen will be displayed.
  11. Select [Auto Screening Adjust]. The Auto Screening Adjust screen will be displayed.
  12. Select [Halftone Screen]. The Halftone Screen will be displayed.
  13. Select either [Halftone 200 line screen] or [Photograph 200 dpi].

NOTE: Do not select 'Printer use' as this will effect print calibration; which will be handled directly by the color server set up to print to the copier / printer.

  14. Select [Save]. The Auto Screening Adjust screen will be displayed.
  15. Insert at least 2 sheets of white, 216 mm x 279 mm (Letter, 8.5 x 11 inch) paper in Paper Tray 5 (Bypass Tray).
  16. Select [Print Test Original] to print a sample of the settings. The message 'Please wait…Printing test original' will be displayed and the test original will print.

NOTE: If selecting [Print Test Original] displays the message ‘System Disabled' then Screening Adjustment is disabled. Select [Close] and repeat steps 5 to 16.

  17. Open the Document Glass Cover.
  18. Place the test original face-down on the Document Glass with the two magenta squares against the left edge of the glass.
  19. Place 5 sheets of blank white paper directly on top of the test original.
  20. Close the Document Glass Cover.

  23. Examine the adjusted original to make sure the image quality is satisfactory and continue to the next step. If the image quality is not satisfactory repeat steps 12 through 22.
  24. Select [Close]. The System Image Quality screen will be displayed.
  25. Select [Close]. The Tools screen will be displayed.
  26. Select [Close]. The default copy screen will be displayed

Sharp AR-M237 Grayscale Copier Problem

Yes.There should be settings to enhance that in your print driver properties page.
Easiest way to access that is to open a document and click "file' then 'print and that will bring up your printer options.
Look around the print driver for ways to enhance your prints.
Most drivers have several options in graphics areas to make adjustments.
You can access printers from the controle panel and also right click the printer and select properties to access it.
There definatly are ways to adjust that.
Hope this helps you some.
