I just purchased a new hand control for my lazyboy sit to stand recliner - it works for heat, vibration but will not raise or lower chair.

The control may be the wrong model for your chair or possibly not connected firmly underneath.

How do i dismantle a recliner 3 seater leather setee

On Lazyboy products you can pull up on the seat back and it will come apart, so you might try pulling this out from the wall, get behind it, grasp one section one either side and pull straight up.

Ashley furniture reclining loveseat power cord

Many of their power supply parts have changed requiring all electrical parts to be changed out. I might have a slightly used one if I know the numbers on the part. If not you can call Ashley customer service and request new kit for around 200. You need the serial number on the bottom of the chair.

Rollers on lazyboy reclina rocker

Lazy Boy recliners usually have a lifetime warranty but I beleive that it is for only the parts not the labor. I had the same problem and went to the dealer asking the same question. They gave me a number to call to have the parts shipped to me. We ended up buying a new couch instead for other reasons so I never tried calling the number. You should call your local retailer and get the number and see what they will charge you to install them for you if you can do it yourself.

Change the position from recline

Hi Claire

Stand in front of the Buzz chassis at the front wheel. On either side of the seat unit you have a grey button. Push the button down and now you recline the seat / sit it upright as required.

If it is fully reclining you need to leave a little bit more than the height of the chair's back. For example: if the back height is 19", then you need to leave about 20" between the chair and the wall behind it.

Front seat stays in the reclined postion..

The seat position is changed through the use of a cable that runs through a flexible tunnel, under the seat. In one case that I'm aware of, this cable got stuck around a projecting seat spring under the seat. When the seat was reclined and moved backward or forward, the cable caught on the seat spring and the seat had insufficient slack in the cable to release from the reclined position.
