I do not have AT&T or Spectrum email, so I can only provide the following web pages with suggested approaches.

You will probably have to try exporting all contacts to a .csv file, which can later be edited and then the final version of the .csv file can be imported into your spectrum email.

Apparently there is a menu item in AT&T email called Actions, and then choose and name a file with the last three letters .CSV as the list of contacts.

If someone else at Spectrum or AT&T could be contacted for assistance, you might find better instructions.

How to backup all your Facebook contacts

This method allows you to backup the Name, contact details and Email of all your Facebook friends in a CSV file so that you do not lose them in case of account deletion or otherwise.
Go to address.yahoo.com and click the Facebook icon. A login dialog should pop-up, just sign-in with your Facebook credentials and within seconds, you entire Facebook address book will be available inside your Yahoo Mail Account. Once the import is done, go to http://address.yahoo.com/?_src=&VPC=tools_export to download a CSV file with the email addresses of all your Facebook contacts to your desktop.

You can then import the CSV file into Gmail Contacts, LinkedIn, your phone address book or any of the social sites where you want to connect with your existing Facebook circle.

NOTE: If Yahoo! is unable to import your Facebook Address book, open your Facebook page and choose “Application Settings” under Account. Next remove the “Yahoo! Contact Importer” application from your Facebook profile and try the steps mentioned in the video again. Also, if Yahoo is added as one of your linked accounts in Facebook, this method would not work.

There are quite a few other methods that do almost the same work. But none of them will get you a list of all email addresses. The reason is that Facebook doesn't let applications have access to your email address (Unless explicitly authorized by the user). However, this method would allow you to backup it all, Name, phone nos., emails, etc. into an easily manageable CSV file which you later use to invite friends in other websites.

Get Olm to Pst Converter Ultimate that directly converts your Outlook mac emails to pst format. You don't need to export the emails to an olm format.

How do I add an email address to "other contacts" in my gmail contacts?

That probably depends upon the 3rd party. You MIGHT try exporting your contacts list (as a .csv, or Comma Separated Values, file). You can then open that file with Excel or OpenOffice Spreadsheet and change it around however you like. Your 3rd party software may be able to import the .csv file, or you may be able to reimport it into gMail and have it automatically rearrange your contacts.

How to open Outlook 2010 email files backed up to a CD?

You will need to import the data from the PST file back into outlook . It should go into a personal folder
After this process you can then copy the files into your email inbox or leave them in a personal folder or create a personal folder on a server mapped drive and then import email data to this folder so it gets backed up hopefully on the server. If you bak up the server..

How can I import contacts into yahoo mail from a comma separated file?

To import the contacts from a file, you hate to go to the email page, click on the Contacts tab, click on Tools and select Import... On the new screen you will have to select Others and tick A desktop email program, then select the file with the contacts in it. You might get a Certificate Error, just click continue to the website. Tick I give permission to Yahoo and click continue and the imports should be done from the file selected.
