SOURCE: How do I reformat my Andriod Tablet? I want to

What you're most likely wanting to do is root the device and install a custom ROM. As a starting point, look at http://www.cyanogenmod.com/devices. Please note that this is probably not for the faint of heart as many things can go wrong and render your device useless.

SOURCE: never successfully download adobe flash

Hi www_coguards
If you are under Windows 7 64 bit , you need to use IE 32 bit to download Flash Player 10.1 : Start / All Programs / IE ( not the 64 bit )
Best regards ,

SOURCE: I have a Neopad Android 7" tablet Model no 8650

I googled the same and found that you have to upgrade your firmware.
It's a bit fiddly, but it does get the job done. You'll need an SD card
to transfer the data. The link is: http://www.mediafire.com/?ncqvw4bpc0s6e
Load the instructions first then proceed. All the best...

Google Play comes pre-installed on Android devices that run Android OS version 2.2 (Froyo) and above. For lower versions, the app is named as Android Market. You can check what version of Android OS your tablet is running on. To know more, you can refer to the following link:

Install chrome flash player version

Enable or disable Adobe Flash Player

These instructions apply to Google Chrome on Windows, Mac, Linux, and Chrome OS.

  1. Type chrome:plugins in the address bar to open the Plug-ins page.
  2. On the Plug-ins page that appears, find the "Flash" listing.
    • To enable Adobe Flash Player, click the Enable link under its name.
    • To disable Adobe Flash Player completely, click the Disable link under its name.

Note: If you've previously installed Adobe Flash Player separately, you'll see two files listed for the plug-in. If both are listed as enabled, the version bundled with Chrome will be used. To enable a specific version of Adobe Flash Player, click Details in the upper-right corner of the page. Then click the Enable link for the version of Adobe Flash Player you want to enable. The table below shows the filename for the version that is integrated with Google Chrome.

hello.
no PC stated, of the 1000s made by HP, we cant guess this ever.
NO OS stated. XP? W7./8 or 10? what?

so you run CHROME>?
Chrome has an OS, and operating system and /or
or some run say windows 7 and dont like internet exploder so
run Chrome browsers. (help +about tells you version)
my guesss this PC is old,
second guess, not running IE11 but IE 5 and is hopeless that, so
you run....
third guess old chrome browers is no good too old or corrupted.
no URL of the web site that fails.
most modern web sites do not allow old browers , period.
for good reasons, (secuity)
recap
  1. what PC?
  2. what OS?
  3. what version Chrome.?
  4. what web site did that?

My computer has been extremely slow since I had a wipe & reload done a year or so ago..I downloaded Google Chrome with the hope of speeding it up some..right after the download it said Macromedia flash...

no operationg system stated, XP? what?
chorme browers only
or Chrome operatating system? (has both)
Chrome OS is Linux.
to use Chrome OS, join a real Chrome OS , forum is best.
why put Chrome OS here?
this PC is old and all are slow, that is there "THING" back then.
the HDD is slowest, run SSD and its way faster.
this PC can be as as old as 17 years old, has zero value. now.
made from 2000 to 2004

it has processor AMD Sempron 3000+ / 2 GHz
256mb memory.
tiny old hdd.
sounds to me, repeat 1 year ago and avoid linux.
Btw new linux dont run right on old PC, only OLD linux does.
just like W10 will not run on this PC. ever.
