System error H4 00 dont know what to do

H4 error is a temperature error in the Fuser. Usually this requires the fuser to be replaced. This is not something that should be done by a end-user, but rather by a trained technician.

System error H4-00

H4 indicates a heating problem in the fuser. The roller never reached a specific temp. Make sure the fuser is free of any left over paper pieces (maybe from a paper jam). Check to make sure its clean.
Try reseting the the error in service mode.
To enter the test command mode, press the keys as
follows one after the other :
[#] key [*] key [C] key [*] key then enter 14 and press start/copy key. this clear error counter. make sure to restart copier afterwards.

check in the exit part of the machine, front edge there is a holding pin that may not be removed. it should just unscrew to release the scaner. (it should be blue or green).
