Try the following, which I discovered by accident on my Tag Professional. Pull the crown out to the first position, and then you may find that successive pushes of the upper pushbutton will move one of the chrono hands by one division, and the lower pushbutton will move a different chrono hand. Similarly if you pull the crown out to the second position, the pushbuttons will control the other chrono hands. In this way you can set each of the chrono hands to their zero positions. Hope this works for you. Geoff

This fix worked a treat for me, too. Thank you geoffreyhb for taking the time to post. I am so relieved to have my beloved Tag Heuer watch back to perfect.

Geoffs answer is marvelleous - I have. a Kirium with a hand mis-aligned and this has sorted it now. It works on the F1 too ; obviously a standard function on TAGs . Well done Geoff.

Jeremiah - pull the crown right out to position 3 and step the B button.

    Woooo!! It worked.

Thank you. I was driving myself crazy by pulling the crown to the 2nd position and only being able to reset two of the four chrono dials. All four now reset to starting position and the OCD person can rest easy.

I've got a Tag CAU1116
Pull the winder to the all the way out when the second hand reaches 0 seconds.
Then push both top (a) and bottom (b) buttons for two seconds. The long second hand will wind all the way around once.
Use the top (a) button to make the hand go clockwise around back to zero (or 12)
Use the bottom (b) button to scroll through the different faces (1/10, 30min) for the chrono

Easy - unscrew the crown and pull it out as far as it will go - then hold both buttons for a few seconds until the large second hand (on a normal watch) does a full rotation. Then use the top button to move forward a second or the bottom button to move back... I've had a tag for 4 years, it keeps doing this and I keep forgetting how to reset it. NB sometimes it just doesn't do it for some unique Tag reason... good luck from www.zigzag.digital!

SOURCE: my tag heuer carrera stop watch doesnt reset

Try this.

Pull the winder out fully. Then press the top right chronograph button to move the centre seconds hand on. Then push the winder back in.

on some models you should only pull the winder half way out.

good luck

This works! Loosen the bezel all the way. Pressing the bottom button, press one time the topmbottom and see how the chrononhand corrects by one second towards zero. Do it again and have it reset. Tighten the bezel. Thats it
