My Iphone 4s died from a low battery and now it wont charge it just has a red bolt and the charging sign.

Check your charger in a different iPhone, or the sync cable also. Check to see if your dock connector isn't tarnished, if it is clean it with a CLEAN DRY used toothbrush. Has your phone been wet? These are all the typical culprits when a phone will not charge. I hope it isn't the wet problem! Good luck!
