Question about Bravetti Quad Blade Food Processor
I have a Bravetti EP 199, and it is dead... does not turn, and does not make any noise or nothing. Just cold as a cucumber. Is there a fuse somewhere? You can email me the reply to: Max333@excite.com
I had the same problem. I noticed that the bowl has to be on and locked in for anything to work. THE MAIN issue though is that the piece from the lid slides in to turn an actuator. well it doesn't turn it far enough to engage it. so all you have to do is add something to the turning actuator to give it that extra 5 degrees to turn on. This is not an official fix. Just a quick fix. I will be leaving it there forever. So the problem is not power or anything electrical. it is the mechanical turning of that piece that is the culprit.

Be sure that the cover is in the locked position. This often happens to me.
