Question about Kenwood KDC-C719 10-Disc CD Changer
Unplug the CD player ( the lead from the side of player ) leave out for 5 mins then put back in This is the reset mode

There is no reset button, the reset is to disconnect power to the unit and see if it starts up ok, you do say problem but if it is loading problem then resetting it will not fix it.
