Diaper genie 2 fell apart and can't figure how to get it back together. The flapper with spring attached to it will not go back together. Are there any diagrams to put it back together.

There are two parts to the diaper genie clamp mechanism. Look closely at the cutaway view of the diaper genie at this link: http://playtexbaby.com/App_Themes/PlaytexBaby/pdfs/DiaperGenieIIAdvanced_OwnersGuide.pdf One part that has the cutter, and one part has the spring attached to it. If you look closely at the illustration where it is labelled "clamp" and follow the black line it actually points to the spring - its just such a poor quality image you might miss that detail. Look at the orientation of the parts to each other in that illustration so you know which direction the parts go. To reassemble, starting with the part that has the cutter built into it, slip the end of that part that is opposite the cutter under the spring on the second part. When assembled, the smaller part of the clamp slides upon the other part, and when the clamp,is pulled apart the spring tension pulls the two parts back together. These two parts, once assembled, snap into place inside the top of the diaper genie.

I have a old Stanley door planer and cannot find cutter for it. Model 550.01

Hello. Your best bet is to go through Stanley themselves. About half way down is the "Parts and Service" link to identify the part number of the cutter itself. There is also a "retailer locator" assistant to use once you have the information, that way you can possibly avoid any shipping charges. Hope this helps, if so please rate a four-thumbs up. Thank You.

Craftsman 42 inch deck mower. Model 917.277611 (2007). LT1000. 16.5hp Briggs & Stratton. Springs on cutter deck assembly broke. Had to re-assemble cutter deck. Re-attached springs and tension arms....

That model number des not show up as a good number on the http://www.searspartsdirect.com site. Are you sure you have the belts on correctly? If it has 2 belts on the deck & 1 is not installed correctly they work against each other. Safely make sure that each blade will turn by hand. did you take the blades off? If they are too long by just a fraction, they will hit ach other, but that usually makes quiet a noise. Get your book out & systematically go over everything you touched or changed. It sounds like something really simple you have overlooked. you can go to http://www.searspartsdirect.com & enter a good model number & view all of the parts diagrams. Sometimes they are a big help, & at other times they just confuse you more:). Let me know what you find!!

Need schematic for antique Stanley Handyman Yankee Drill No 233H

I don't think Stanley has schematics on their web site but they do have parts. I'd contact them and see if they can furnish the info you need. See this link: http://www.stanleytoolparts.com/yankeeratcheting.html

Cannot put blade assembly back together

Sounds strange, since I don't think that the HQ5 heads in the shaver have the pointy parts that other shaver heads have. If your comb has 2 pointy edges, make sure they are located correctly in the head housing - they will need to be located inwards, with the the spindle that the retaining bracket attaches to in the center of the the two pointy parts.

But apart from placing the combs in first, locating the cutters in then putting the retaining bracket in (which may be broken if it won't fasten properly) I'm not sure what you can do, other than calling your local Philips Service Centre,
