Question about Husqvarna Sewing Machines
Hi, this is a common problem to any touch screen. Touch screens has lesser life than the machine. You screen has gone bad, and you may have to replace it. There is no troubleshooting guide. And there is nothing wrong with your machine. Just that the touch screen has gotten old and not working.

Unfortunately it appears that you may have a Microprocessor "Fault" most likely the machine has been "Spiked" as we call it. A power disturbance, lightning or some transient has damaged the sensitive electronics inside the machine.
If you have done as you said, then that action would/should have "Reset" any Microprocessor type problems.. and even more so points in the direction that I moot.
Your best bet is to contact Denon, and ask them for a referral to a local authorised service agent. When here please ask them for a "Quote" for the cost of the repair, before allowing any repair work to be undertaken.
Above is your manufacturers link.
