My 2008 Acura RDX AC quit. I think it might be a resistor in the fusebox in the engine compartment ****
You want to be checking fuses, not resistors. If you checked 10A fuse 36 in the under-dash fuse/relay box and it is OK, there is nothing else to check in that box.
The underhood fuse/relay box contains 40A fuse 9 which protects the blower motor relay, 7.5A fuse 20 which protects the A/C compressor clutch relay, 30A fuse 7 which protects the A/C condenser fan relay, 30A fuse 6 which protects the radiator fan relay, and 7.5A fuse 15 which is hot when the PGM-FI sub-relay energized to close the radiator fan relay.

The rear break light on my 2005 acura tl wont turn off? what might be the issue
Is it all the brake lights on the back? If so, likely the plastic plug on the brake pedal arm that opens the brake switch when the pedal is released. Many manufacturers use this setup. My Accord had this problem- noticed pieces of plastic in the floor. Used a plastic clip like for the fender liner, through the hole in the brake pedal arm. Some people glue a penny over the hole. When pedal is pushed, the plunger comes out of the switch and turns brake lights on. Without the little plug to push the plunger in when pedal is released, the plunger is always out, and brake lights are always on. Get a flashlight and look at your pedal under dash.
