Data saving error
Per Avanquest: We have found out that this randomly happens due to an interruption in saving the data in MyInvoices and Estimates Deluxe version 10. We recommend that you do the following steps:Go to the Task Manager.On the Applications tab, click on MyInvoices and Estimates.Click on End Task.Relaunch MyInvoices and Estimates.Create a new invoice/estimate and save it.
If that fails to resolve the issue, you should also try the following:
Close MyInvoices and Estimates.Restart your computer.Relaunch MyInvoices and Estimates.Create a new invoice/estimate and save it.
Note: The task you need to end is MIED.exe

Checks don't scan at retail stores
I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM! CHECKS WON'T SCAN AT THE RETAIL STORE! MICR INK BRAND NEW! CHECK STOCK FROM OFFICE DEPOT BRAND NEW! PRINTER ALIGNED, CLEANED, WORKING FINE. CHECKS ARE ALIGNED PERFECTLY WITH PROFESSIONALLY PRINTED CHECK SAMPLE. JUST NOT SCANNING AT CASH REGISTER NO MATTER WHERE I GO! HELP! HELP! HELP!

If you have a legal copy of Avanquest Fix-It Utilities 8 then
The Product key is on a label stuck onto the back of the box, or inside on the leaflet, or on the back of the sleeve for the disk(s)
If the product key is lost, contact Avanquest support as they may be able to help.
