Hi Dennis.
Log in to the CSD and go to the Bank tab. Click the edit icon next to the relevant bank account and then click the "Re-submit Bank Details" button. Provided nothing needs to change on the CSD, the details as they are on the CSD will be sent to be re-verified against the updated details at the bank.

if you have no I.P. Address it means the device is not making contact with the router or modems dhcp service. look at the photo i uploaded highlighted in yellow is the wifi signal connection it may be a yellow triangle or a red x if it is a red x your NIC card driver is the problem. You want to make sure that the router is on and functioning properly simply by testing other devices if they work then its a problem with the device, but first turn the router or modem off then on again and the same thing with your computer or other device. if its not getting an assigned IP address it should have a number such as this 169.000.000 as the ip address. You can make sure the Ethernet cable is plugged in at both points if using one. if its wifi make sure the its not turned off and and connected to your network SSID(the networkname). if all are ok. go to your computer in the left hand corner search box type CMD this will open the command prompt then you will type this with no quotes "ipconfig /all" make sure you have a space after the ipconfig space /all it will display all information . you should see the IPV4 address and 169.000.00 if so attempt to reset the configuration. by typing this ipconfig /release then type ipconfig /renew which should make a request to the dhcp service to assign you an IP address https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vCPzIf4KlWY

Hello,

I/0 Errors typically are a sign of hardware problems, mostly related to the device that is causing or reporting them. It can be a failing harddrive or a faulty USB stick or other usb storage device.

I/O errors might also show up, during the startup of the computer, are you getting these errors in windows or before the computer even starts?

If you could provide as much additional details as possible.

Thanks,
Ekse

Hi Jillian,
The easiest way to do this is with an external hard drive, that way you copy all of the data you want to the external and then copy it back to the other notebook. This is probably the quickest and easiest way to do it.

If you want to copy the data over the Wi-Fi, then you would have to share the folders that you want to copy on the first notebook, by finding the folder you want to share using File Explorer. Right click on that folder and then go to properties. In the properties window, look for the share option and then 'share' the folder, pick 'everyone' to share it with, and then make sure it is set to read/write.

This will then give you a share address, which would look like \\mycomputer\desktop (or the name of the folder you have chosen to share) make a note of the share address or path.

Go to the other notebook open file explorer and then type in the address bar (at the top) the path you made a note of earlier i.e. \\mycomputer\desktop

This should open the shared folder on the other notebook and then you can copy the data over the Wi-Fi.

Generally Wi-Fi copying can be slow, if you have a cable (ethernet) then connect both computers to the router using a cable and this will be quicker than using the Wi-Fi.

Good luck with your copying, Mike.

James I am guessing you do not know which nursing home your sister is in ?
If I were you I would try the nearest nursing home to where that phone number once was attached to.
This seems to be murdoch road Wangaratta
There is an aged care facility in Murdoch road on 03 57221784
Try calling them and asking them to check if your sister's phone is operational if she is residing there and give her phone number.

Privacy laws may prevent them from conforming she lives there over a phone call.

They may ask for evidence that you have power of attorney.
