It's most likely, just a piece of plastic tubing. You can get it at the big box hardware stores or at a decent aquarium supply store. Just remove the covers and nip a small piece off to take along so you get the right size. When you install the new hose, dip the snd into some rubbing alcohol. This will lubricate it. The alcohol will evaporate in minutes so, it's harmless.

The door alarm is on a timer and should only sound if the door is left open for some time. If refrigerator is new as stated it will be under warranty so repairs will be free,

Depends on the settings you set the frig and freezer to , as soon the settings are reached it should shut off, anything longer than a few hours points to a fault.

it appears to be a known problem. You need a new thermostat. Take a look at the link and also look at the Video tab.

Look in the crisper drawer and you should see a slide or a vent. You need to close them to keep the cold out. Your fridge should be between 2 and 4'C.
