There must be a switch or sensor that knows when it has completed the cut. That’s where I would cuts out because it thinks it is finished for some reason.

ether the brush is sticking and not making good connection, a bad connection with a wire including the brush holder connection... the newer tools alot of the time have push on connectors going to the fields and where the wires get pressed into under that connector comes loose. You should always replace brushes and make sure the brush caps are snug but not to the point of breaking them or the brush holder. a ohm meter is a help, about $20.00 for a cheap multimeter.

I am no expert on your saw but on my table saw what I do is block the blade from rotating with a scrap of wood by hooking a tooth on it. Next use a wrench to loosen the blade nut (which is reverse threaded) and simply swap blades.
