Do you have your HDMI input plugged in? Are u using a analog device with a digital adapter to the TV that could be confusing the tv.

Okay here's how you do it. Sadly they buried this DEEP in the user guide and I stumbled across it -

Press the TV Menu button then with the < or > arrows scroll to the Channel menu. From there you can select the auto scan.

This is a pretty old set (2006) and you can get a much better TV (brighter, higher resolution) now for less than it would cost you to have someone fix it. If you want to open it up yourself, look for something that is causing it to overheat - air vents blocked by dust or an inoperable fan. Short of that, look for the next e-waste collection.

The fuse is doing its job, you have electrical problems in power supply resulting in excessive current draw. changing the fuse over and over again expecting a different a exercise in futility. Repair power supply.
