Sounds like the fridge is set inside a tight space and with the the compressor running all the time, a lot of heat is generated. Suggest checking the compressor cooling fan and if needed be, add another fan blowing into where the compressor is in order to get the heat away from the heated area.

It might be a thawing situation? check the temperature of the fridge and see if it can get colder. If the temperature is already at it's coldest I would call a matianance person and have them check and maybe replace the fridge if it is a deeper issue.

Your appliance needs to have the condenser area cleaned or it is low on freon. Call a repairman to look into it.
