Hy Buddy, I was also facing this issue but I get the solution of this issue. I am Attaching the link where you may get your solution-

Dell 720 Printer Not Printing Even with a New Ink : Please have a point of view-
1. On the ink cartridge, you will see a protective tape covering the print nozzle. If you don't remove this protective tape, nothing will be printed on your printer. Also, the ink cartridge contains stickers and labels, kindly do not remove them.
2. Reset the cartridge for the ink. To do so, click and hold for 3 seconds the Cleaning button or "Load / Eject" button. Lift the clamp to secure the cartridge after that, but do not remove the cartridge from your Dell 720 printer. Then shut down the clamp and click the button "Load / Eject" again. If you have any confusion concerning the process of resetting your printer, consult the user manual for the printer.
3. Run an extended cleaning cycle on your printer because the cartridge will be recognized by your printer. Locate your printer's Cleaning button and hold it for 5 seconds. Print a test page after the cleaning cycle has been completed.

Open the back cover and look for paper wrapped around a roller back there. That is the most common cause of the issues with this machine. The other thing you can try is to push down on the little flaps where the paper comes out of the printer. These get stuck and need cleaning/replacement all the time in the later life of these models (1720's).

Did you try cleaning all of the rollers coming into contact with the paper? I use alcohol and/or rubber restorer.

    Hi there

    Ok you can try this.
    Error code: 1200
This error code is commonly associated with the Dell 922 printer. Usually you might see the cartridge moving front and back and slamming itself against the printer. You need to tighten the strings located on the back of the printer and then it should work fine

Clean the carriage rail. This is the round chrome piece that the carriage assy that holds the cartridges rides on. Use a paper towel that is slightly moist.
Be sure to not force anything. Unplug the printer after you get the carts in the middle. Move them to one side and clean and then move them to the other and repeat.

Lift up the scanner to reveal the cartridge compartment; under the chrome rod on which the cartridges run there are two small gaps about 8cm apart. In the right one should sit the paper sensor which is a small black rod that hooks downwards; the problem I had was my sensor had bent up and out of the gap so all I had to do was bend it gently back into position using a small screwdriver.

Please come back and just gave a vote, it will gave me some satisfaction to know am helping some one so I will keep on helping.

Take a hammer and smash the printer NO DON"T ... Roofer joke. Error code: 004-332

This type of error code implies that you need to restart the printer again. However, do check to see if toner cartridges are seated in the proper position. Also ensure that they have been locked in.

There's not much on the web about this error message, but it does say to reseat the fuser. I found a writeup (with a picture) on how to do this.

    http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/peripherals/f/3528/p/19309114/19606748.aspx

Make sure that your printer is unplugged while you do this, also be aware that the fuser gets quite hot while it's printing and stays hot for a few minutes afterwards. Don't burn yourself! While the fuser is out you may want to blow out the dust from the printer with a can of compressed air.

If reseating the fuser doesn't get rid of the error message call Dell technical support at 1-877-293-1197.

    Hope this helps

    Please rate this solution, thanks!
