More details needed to answer this question. If you can print to network devices via WiFi, try a generic HP laserjet driver. This old printer will not support any sort of direct printing.

To do an NVRAM reset follow these steps:

1. Turn off the printer.
2. Hold down the Cancel button and the right arrow button and while holding them turn on the power.
3. Wait for the message Permanent storage unit. Then release the buttons.

Wait for about 2 min. When the printer is back at the ready screen it has been reset.

Warning:
it will reset EVERYTHING, including your serial number and everything else that matters.

A. To change the display language back to English, please perform the following steps:

1. Press the right arrow 2 times, press the OK button (you should be in the System Setup menu).

2. Press the OK button again (you should be in Language).

3. Press the right arrow until you see something that may be English, press OK button. The menu is a continuous loop, so if you miss it the first time the option will return.

Go into the Printing Preferences and Click Services. It should come up to a page that says Print Information Pages. Drop the arrow down to configuration page. It's the second Drop Down Arrow

I would recommend checking to see if the print que is checked to Use Printer Offline

Use Premium paper. It is a little bit more expensive, but it will reduce the amount of jams that occur

Your toner door sensor is broken. I recommend ordering a new one

Clean off the roller. It may not be detecting the paper due to debris on it
