learn to learn what the are or learn how to change them in the wifi router, if you own it, if you don't own the router learn that only the ISP can tell you this.

Hi The GR-DVL305 should have come with a composite AV cable (a 3.5mm jack to 3 RCA plugs). On the VCR you would need a composite input or possibly a scart input. If you have a scart input you would need a convertor from RCA to Scart (available from Amazon etc.). If you want to connect the camcorder to the Mac it would depend on what Mac. Your Mac may have a FireWire input. If so you can but a firewire cable to connect the JVC to the Mac, but and it's a big but (!) Firewire is not a plug and play system like USB. You will also need software on the Mac that can take the analogue signal from the camcorder and convert it to digital. Hope that helps.

You will need a VHS tape player, and a DVD recorder in order to transfer the content of your VHS tape to DVD. You can also use your computer to convert VHS to DVD. Here is an excellent site with in-depth information on converting VHS to DVD: http://www.vhstodvd.com/

Leave it open with no tape, then put it in the airing cupboard overnight to warm gently and let the condensation evaporate
