That sounds like a white balance issue to me. Do you use manual white balance setting or auto white balance?

The problem is in weakened solenoid's (SD2) spring (10). That solenoid located under metal cover (13) on left side of 1690MF (if look at front of them). Required solenoid has red wires. Remove metal cover with 3 screw, unscrew solenoid and just slightly stretch spring (10). That is all.

take each of the image units out not toner image units. Then shake each unit along its axis to spread the developer in side each one along the whole image unit. then reinstall. next pull out the transfer belt and reinstall properly. if this does not work you might have and burned out main motor or worse the control board that controls it is bad.

Reconnect the terminal.
2.Failed PS15 (p/n 08AA 8551 2).
Test photosensor, PS15, in the I/O State Confirmation Mode, 48-0HIGH = home position or LOW = Other than home position by activating M19 (p/n 08AA

3. Possiblefailed Transfer/Pressure Release motor (M19).
Check the operation of the motor(p/n 08AA 8003 0) in the I/O State confirmation mode for proper operation with code 48-0; this should rotate the motor

C0200 - Cyan PC Drum Charge Corona Malfunction. Did you mess with this imaging unit? You won't be able to reset if the malfunction is still present.

Thread 2704

Abnormality in the black charging unit.
Possible causes:
Black charging unit
HV Unit
Print Control Board

Best guess is that you have a faulty charge unit. Try swapping the units around with another colour and see if the fault code shifts.
