No one can tell you without looking at it. You need to ask yourself how old is, what did you pay for item what does a new similar model cost, You can look at other brands = Ask yourself what do you cook in it, do you need all the features s and the size, Personally i would replace it.

Need more info like the model number which is printed on the back. It should also show the wattage on the same sticker.

If you can't find these and it was only a home microwave it was most likely only a 700 or 600 watt.

Well....the first thing you need to check is see if you have power going to your RY9 relay. If you do, there is a good chance the relay is bad (if you haven't already) If you don't have power going to that relay, you have to trace where the power is being lost. Fuses is usually a go to. According to the schematic there is an inductor in line with the netural line, check that. As well as an inductor with the lead, and several fuses.

H98 is no power to the magnetron. Usually caused by a failed magnetron or power supply failure.

That depends...

It depends on how much the repair will cost and how long it will be before another repair is needed - these are unknown quantities but you could ask your local repair shop and a Panasonic dealer how much for a repair estimate.
Mostly if you go ahead with the repair the cost of the estimate will be waived. If you don't go ahead you should be able to negotiate the estimate cost as a discount off a replacement - if you use a Panasonic dealer.

10 years of hard work from a premium microwave should be as nothing when you consider my old Sharp Carousel lasted me 29 years of daily use, but then things today aren't built as well as they used to be.

I suggest you decide on the cost of a likely replacement model before you go ahead, follow the link below to begin your search. In the final analysis a repair is a bit like making a wager while buying new with a warranty is like putting your money on the favourite...
