Open internal fuse or power supply failure

PCM mode is a digital audio file that should be sent to the soundbar via an optical or coaxial digital audio cable. The coaxial digital audio cable uses an RCA plug but not the L/R stereo channels of analog audio. The aux input is usually the 3.5 MM cable from a computer, CD or MP3 player or a cell phone or tablet.

First, which type of RCA cable is connected between the sound bar and the TV? Second, are you sure that the TV connection is an audio out? (A number of recent TVs have only one audio output. This means there is only the optical audio out and not even a headphone jack.)

Once you double-check the input at the sound bar, choose the Line In input if you are using the stereo RCA cable. If you are using the Optical input, select that input. Use either the Mode button or the specific input button on the remote. Then double-check that the TV is set for the appropriate audio out.

I hope this helps. Please add a comment with the model of the TV and the sound bar for further information. I looked at the ONB18SB001 documentation for some of this. The manual for this Onn soundbar is available at Manuals Lib. See https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1498038/Onn-Onb18sb001.html?page=12#manual for the list of input modes and the input to which they correspond. Here is the image of the inputs on the back of the ONB18SB001: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1498038/Onn-Onb18sb001.html?page=7#manual .

Have you tried scanning for additional channels in the tv menu?
If yes and you're still experiencing the same issue.

you can check if the tv's parental controls are blocking channels on the tv you're having issues with. those are the two most common issues.

Use code search on your GE URC to find something that works. If a search through all codes stored in the URC fails, try a different one.

1- Manually turn ON your device (TV, VCR, Cable Box) 2- Press and "HOLD" CODE SEARCH 3- Press and release the device button you want to set up (TV, VCR, Cable Box) However, if you are using AUX for a device, press and release AUX first and then the device button for the type of device to be programmed (TV, VCR, or Cable). The selected device button will flash once. 4- Release CODE SEARCH. 5- Press OFF/ON repeatedly until the device turns off (you may have to press up to 100 times at a rate of once per second). 6- Once the device turns off, press and release ENTER. 7- With the device on, press any other button. If the device responds, no further programming is required. If the device does not respond, repeat steps 1-6.

The digital TV recorder shown is an ATSC (digital OTA) to NTSC (analog OTA) signal converter. It connects between an OTA antenna (RF, RG59/RG6 connector) and an older television or VCR/DVD recorder with a NTSC tuner. Some wired security cameras use a BNC connector to the security system receiver.

I wish that I had better news for you.

If you're trying to put an equaliser in between a source and an preamp or integrated amp, the amp needs to have tape OUT or dubbing OUT connections. This will go to the eq's IN. Then eq OUTs should be connected to the tape or dubbing IN on the amp. When playing any source you set the amp's source selector to tape or dubbing IN and now what you are hearing is coming through the equaliser.

At first, you should make sure that the remote control you have, had a code for your TV brand. If yes, you can program that remote control to control your TV. Make sure it first. If there is no code said, you can't.
Set-up (Programming) procedure is too much to type in here, and is not practical and it will differ brand-to-brand remote controls. If you wish to get more; check the sites linked here. The site has set-up code list & set-up procedure to many popular brand remote controls. The site has general set-up codes to check with TVs and other devices are given, in the order of the 'device's brand name list' in alphabetical order. Set-up code list to many brand remote controls also is given. Pull up older posts. Search the sites by type in the brand name to your device in its search box at the top right part of the display window. It will help you to find the document easily.

Programming Notes
• If your device does not respond to the remote after trying all codes listed or your brand is not listed in the code list, use the Auto Code Search method to program your remote.
• Sometimes the first code that "works" with your device may operate only a few functions of your device. There may be another code in the code list that performs more functions. Try other codes from the code list for more functionality.
This is a trial and error procedure; and quiet time consuming. You might have to check different codes said for your device.
Search the site by type in the "brand name" to your device; [Exclude the model number], in the "Search box at the top right of the display window of the Homepage" to get gathered related posts. See the site by a desktop. Mobile view has no search box. If you are viewing it by your mobile, see it in webview]

You can connect through the video output of the VCR (Yellow/White/Red) into the TV input (Yellow/White/Red or some newer TVs have component input so you would use Green), or you can use the coaxial input and tune to channel 4 on the TV (make sure the VCR is switch to output 4).
