hi.i dont own one nor have i seen one but ive had old watches before. instead of just pressing the buttons try holding them down 1 at a time and hold the button until the digits flash. which ever button makes them flash the other one will change the time. another way is to press the button 2 or 3 times quickly ? and last try would be to look around the side of the watch and you might find a very small indent ( usualy between the buttons ) .. some of them need a pin to push that in to change the time. there the only ways i know, hope this helps

To get an owners manual you can one of two things. First, go to in the manuals link. There you can type your model number/model name found on your machine usually on the bottom of bikes and ellipticals, and underneath the belt when the machine is in spacesaver position on treadmills. It will give you a PDF version that you can download for free. You can also call for a hardcopy but it will cost around $20 with tax and shipping. The number is 1-800-999-3756.

You need a new control board - around 65 UK pounds from Reebok (in uk) and pretty easy to fix. Remove 4 screws from plastic motor cover and remove cover. Loosen the circuit board hold-down screws (x2) then take phone/ipad photographs of board connections to aid re-assembly. Disconnect the 6 or 7 leads from their spade connectors. Fit new board, reconnect the leads in the same place using the photographs then, fit the two board retaining screws and replace the cover and 4 screws. Job done!
