It seems that the ringtone that you have kept is either missing from the device or the file is corrupt. Please try to change the tone or open any other music file and set it as your ringtone.
Feel free to revert for any further assistance.

Hi Jungmyin,
there are many Phone Locators or Trackers available. Some of them are free and some of them are with a price.
I will focus on the free ones and just 1 paid (but cheap one) suitable form blackberry.

Some Background information for the Trackers:
- You have to install a piece of software to the TARGET phone. So you need to have access to this phone.
- These apps DO NOT show you all the activity that the phone owner does, just his location
- There are apps that can log all activity (phone, SMS, e.t.c.) but are expensive. I list one just in case you are interested in this FULL surveillance:
http://utilities.flexispy.com/checkphones.jsp?p=1#blackberry (costs~150$)

The list of the free (or almost free) apps that just track the location of the phone/owner:
- http://www.mobireport.com/apps/bl/ (~7$) Pls mail to them (info@mobilereport.com) in order to verify that your phone model (7290) is indeed compatible with this application.
- https://www.moostrax.com/downloads (free). Before downloading check that you have OS (Operating system of version 4.1 or higher in your blackberry).
- http://www.buddyway.com/ (free) before installing mail to them through the contact form (http://www.buddyway.com/contact/) and ask them if your phone model is supported.
- http://www.mologogo.com/download.jsp (free)
- http://www.navxs.com/en/blackberry.html (free) go to this link from your phone and click on the link
- Google Latitude. Any mobile phone with Google maps installed can have also a semi-tacking option. Check below page for more information on how to set it up: http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/how-to-trace-a-mobile-phone-location-with-google-latitude/

I wish GOOD LUCK and take care.
