If this is the old rear projection TV, not sure of a model with triple 8 in the model number. But the SDX series did not have a HDMI input. You would be able to use a HDMI to composite lead to use a ROKU device to be able to watch Netflix.

Hola Brenden, por lo que comentas, tu TV tendria mal la iluminacion trasera, es decir uno o mas LEDs estan quemados
La reparacion correcta es cambiar la totalidad de los LEDs
Te envio un link donde se muestra el proceso de reemplazo de las tiras de LED en un modelo de TV TLC similar al tuyo
Las herramientas necesarias un buen juego de destornilladores, una mesa de trabajo comoda y ancha, Mucho Cuidado en el manejo de las posiciones del TV y por sobre todo mayor cuidado en el proceso de sacado del Panel LCD

This error occurred during the Roku player setup. If the Roku lost connection from Roku update server, then this error occurs.
Steps To resolve this issue:
Unplug the devices:
• Just unplug the Roku player, wireless router, and modem.
