Are you kidding...? That Sharp Zaurus is a DINOSAUR, produced in the 1990's and around 30 years old now.

There are plenty of PDA's, and PDA software and apps available to do what the Zaurus did with 30 year old technology.

Hell, you can track tenants information, payments, and annual increases using a simple Excel spreadsheet.

The manual for the Sharp MX 5141N says if you forgot the administrator password (or it's just not working) Contact your dealer or nearest SHARP Service Department.

One of the first PDA's from back around 1989, that makes it 30 years old now.

It's most likely your unit is no longer capable of working, as electronic devices do break, and nothing lasts forever. It certainly sounds like you've gotten your use out of the dinosaur that it is.

Time to get something modern and up to date.

It appears there are no tutorials available for the GF-7500.
You may find it helpful to watch the tutorial on how to replace the belts on the Sharp GF-9595 though -

a printer it is, had to google it and read you manual for you.
no PC stated, (fail)
the printer was made in 2000 -2002, 19 long years ago.
did it print ok for 17 years and just fail today or found this in a garage sale? yesterday.?
Id say there are like zero printers this old working today.

H4 00 is heat roller failure, stated in your manual;
if you google for the manual, it covers this in the users guide.

The display cold be "worn out" although a power supply defect also could result in dimming.

That sounds like a cash register problem not the printer. It would be best to get a service tech.

ERR80 indicates a problem reading valid data from the EEPROM at power-on ("Protect area read error").

It is probably necessary to replace the EEPROM to fix this.
It is then necessary to re-set valid values for each address in the EEPROM by following the instructions in the link below:
https://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/2016/02/sharp-pr1000h-home-cinema-system-test.html
You may need a repair center to do this for you if you are unable to do it yourself. A Sharp specialist should be familiar with this procedure.
You could try the re-set procedure first without replacing the EEPROM in case it's just a data loss.
