If the circuit breaker is the proper size for the unit (see the manufactures installation instructions), then the high current tripping the breaker is most likely a failure of the compressor. It is stalling causing high current. You may be on the verge of having to replace a worn out unit.
If the unit is more than 7 years old, you may hav reached the end of it's life.

Make sure that the blu ray player is indicating that the latest firmware is installed on it. Press the setup button go to settings and down to version. Then record the version number. If it is the most current firmware version number after all call 800-237-4277 pressing 1 for all of the prompts. Inform the representative that with the firmware version number installed on your bluray player you are having this problem with Avatar. This helps because Sharp is
gathering information on any occurrences after an update and they are working on another update to resolve any occurrences

We just figured this out. We had already tried to update the firmware through the blu-ray device itself directly from the website. For some reason, that was not successful. We had to download the latest firmware from the samsung site onto our computer and then burn it onto a CD. Then we used the CD to load into the blu-ray and updated it's firmware to handle some newer movies we had purchased. It now is able to play the problematic movies. The samsung site has instructions for doing this. Good luck.

Hi Robert, so you say you have problems with the LCD panel's backlight system
Surely you have one or several LEDs burned
You should replace the LED's totality, because if you replace the wrong ones, the others could fail as soon as possible with the need to disassemble the TV again
For the replacement of the LEDs, the TV must be disassembled, remove the LCD panel
If you do not have technical knowledge, I suggest you look for a specialized technical service
I hope you can solve the problem

If all other discs play, and only blu-rays cannot, the fault must be of its laser pickup unit.

Line Fuse
If too much current passes through the microwave circuitry, the line fuse will blow. If the line fuse blows, the microwave won't start. To determine if the line fuse is at fault, use a multimeter to test it for continuity. If the fuse does not have continuity, replace it. In addition, you should investigate and resolve the problem that caused the fuse to blow. If you don't resolve the underlying issue, the new fuse will blow too. (Caution: The microwave oven can store thousands of volts of electricity in its high voltage capacitor, even after the microwave oven has been unplugged. Due to the potential for electric shock, it is extremely dangerous to replace the electronic components in a microwave. Only a licensed technician should replace the line fuse.)

The LC-19SK24U should not need an digital-to-analog OTA signal converter. According to the specifications, , it has NTSC (analog), QAM (unencrypted digital cable) and ATSC (digital) tuners.

I hope this helps.
