The model # is actually MFI and not MF1. The part for the bypass plug will be 12664501SP. Most people do not know what it is when they get their new fridge and throw it in a junk drawer! Look around as you probably have it somewhere.

You should have used the ultimate it comes with the plugs for the capacitor.
you can splice it between the start and run wires that go from the RC to the compressor using a spade connectors

Sounds like the compressor could be freezing. The bearings in the fan could make that noise. Look there and check back.may unplug for a few hjours then restart it.

Most ac do not cool well idling. Ck the freon level to make sure it is full. Clean the Ac condensor coil next to the radiator. Check the pressure between the high and low pressure side. Lookup what they should be. 2006 likely has a very worn compressor and be the culprit

I assume that you mean that the refrigerator compartment is not getting cold enough. After checking that the setting is turned up for the refrigerator, see if there is air flow when you push the door button to a closed position. You may hear the fan running, unless the unit is not running to begin with at that time.
