I like to suggest an alternative method.

I don't know about other tablets, but if I want to capture and/or print what is on the screen of my iPad or iPhone, I simply to a "screen capture" of what's on the screen. On the iPad/iPhone you get the screen print by pressing and holding down the "on/off" key then quickly hitting the "home" key to take the shot. It saves as a picture (PNG or I've changed my to JPG) in my photo album and I can print it, attach and email it, use it in a PowerPoint etc. no problem.
If you are using some other tablet (I feel sorry for you 8>) look at it's docs on how to get a screen print. I don't THINK scanning your tablet would hurt the tablet (try at your own risk), but I don't expect the result to be very good quality at all.
I hope my strategy works for you!

The informal sector refers to the "off the books" economy, the labor force not monitored by the government, essentially people "paid under the table." This sort of labor is not taxed because it is unreported. The money generated is not included in official statistics such as the GDP of a nation. Just how data is accumulated about such is a bit of a mystery to me, just as much as the estimated sales of any ******* drugs would have me wondering how the data was accumulated. However, you can find papers about the subject. I simply cannot assure you regarding the validity of the data. As aways, you must consider the source.

The following paper does list some causes but I leave it to your hands to determine the merits of the paper.

A classified staff data report would seem to require both a technical knowledge of how to use the program but also a knowledge of the restrictions on use of such programs within, let's say, a government department. It would seem likely that training in such from said department would be supplied OR technical support from such trainers would be available. A query should be made to your support network.

has it got a current rating on its label ?
if it does multiple voltage and current together to get idea of power rating in watts
Voltage x amps = power in watts
if current is 10 mA it is 0.010 A
1 Amp would be 1 = 110 V = 110 Watts

Yes you can use the Brother MFC-490CW without the CD disc, assuming a supported OS is running on the computer. You will need to download the software from the support site: . Select your OS and click the OK. To use all of the features of the all-in-one, download the full driver & software package. If you only get the Add a Printer Wizard, the scan functions won't work.

Note: make sure to install the software before connecting the printer to the computer if you use a USB cable. If Windows sees the printer first, it will download a generic MS printer driver and no scan functions will be available. You would have to remove the generic driver and disconnect the USB cord before installing the correct drivers. You can find the manuals for the MFC-490CW by clicking on the Manuals button on the above page. Make sure to start scanning from the computer and then set the Brother software following the directions in the documentation to have the printer "see and respond" to the buttons.

The missing CD had some third-party software that is not available from Brother's Download site. These aren't required to use the all-in-one.

I hope this helps.

Not much chance! Such an error code is not listed in the operations manual. You well may have to contact support for your printer if simply resetting the machine does not work. Here is a link to the operations manual. But you won't find that error code there. The service technicians have access to such codes but more significantly know the steps to rule out various causes.
