If you look on the back of the DVR, you should see a small hole just above the DC power plug. That should be lined up with the Reset button... but to be sure I'd take off the cover by removing the screws on the sides of the case and there should be 3 on the back. The case lifts from the back and the front will stay clipped in until the back is lifted about 40 dergrees. Then check the Motherbord for a reset button if it isn't lined up with the hole.
